All the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Had zero pain following the surgery just an occasional stomach spasm. I would definitely recommend West Texas Bariatric for weight loss surgery.

I had my VSG procedure 3/6/17 by Dr. Eggl. He is an amazing surgeon, he was and continues to be very informative and supportive. My experience with the entire office staff has been remarkable. I am proud to say that with the help of everyone at West Texas bariatrics I am down 178lb. This is by far the best decision I have ever made for myself. I am able to do things I’ve not been able to do in years!! Dr. Buschman has also been extremely helpful in education for maintaining my weight loss. Tiffany has been there every step of the way! I will say that this journey has been work from the beginning and even now.



West Texas Bariatrics more especially Tiffany Wells and Dr Purtell are amazing. They stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Surgery was a breeze and Dr Purtell was very good at easing any and all concerns. I would highly recommend anyone looking into bariatric services to visit them and use them. I am satisfied with my weight loss surgery, the process before my surgery was a little discouraging because of my insurance, but SWAT stayed on top of things. They even was able to get it done before the end of the year so my deductible was meet December 31, 2018. Dr. Purtell, Tiffany and the staff are great!



From the initial consultation to the seminar to the pre-op appointments to the surgery to the post-op appointments, my experience at West Texas Bariatrics has been amazing!
